Our grandfather, Panagis Xenos, was born and raised in the picturesque village of Zola in Kefalonia, where he spent his entire life as a fisherman. For decades, he navigated the waters surrounding this beautiful island, perfecting the art of fishing while living in harmony with nature’s rhythms. His dedication to the craft, love for the sea, and deep respect for the local environment became the foundation of everything we do.
